Medical Oncology Services provided include:
· Initial consultations and
second-opinion review of previous consultations;
· Diagnosis of suspected malignant
diseases;
· Adjuvant chemotherapy of breast
cancer and colo-rectal cancer;
· Chemotherapy of all lymphomas;
· Palliative chemotherapy of advanced
and incurable cancers: lung, renal, prostate, ovarian, pancreatic, stomach,
colo-rectal and breast cancers;
· Diagnosis and treatment of
paraneoplastic syndromes: hypercalcemia, SIADH, neurological etc.;
· Oncologic emergencies (brain mets.,
superior vena cava syndrome; febrile neutropenia, cord compression etc).
